Serviceable Locations

  • We ship exclusively within India.
  • We deliver to all major cities, metro areas, and tier-2/tier-3 pin codes serviced by our logistics partners.
Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of placement (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
  • Prepaid Orders: Dispatched on priority.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Dispatched immediately following automated WhatsApp address verification.
Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Pan-India delivery takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact pin code, local courier serviceability, public holidays, or unforeseen weather delays.
Shipping Charges

  • Standard 1-Pack Orders: Flat express shipping fee of ₹79 applies at checkout.
  • Bundle Orders (Buy 2 & Buy 3 Packs): FREE Pan-India Express Shipping.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, and WhatsApp to track your parcel in real time from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Delivery Guidelines & Failed Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our fulfillment center.
  • For COD orders, please ensure the exact payable amount or your UPI app (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm) is readily accessible upon delivery.
  • Please provide a complete, accurate address along with an active phone number to prevent delivery failures.
